Building a Library “Bottom Up”

MainTrax’s “bottom up” process of building a customized library of keywords and phrases:

  1. During a brief consultation session, the client indicates what kinds of speech recognition audio search tools they have at their disposal and describes what business problem they are seeking to solve.
  2. MainTrax receives 200-500 recordings and builds a customized library by manually searching for valuable keywords and phrases.
  3. The client embeds the library into their speech recognition software.
  4. Based on the output generated by the client’s audio search tools, MainTrax remains available for refinements as necessary.
